Worldwide
Full-time
Senior Web Product Manager (AI Product)
We are JATAPP, an IT company developing products already used by more than 250 million people worldwide. Our portfolio includes 20+ products exclusively in white-hat categories: AI, Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And there is much more to come!
We are currently looking for a Senior Web Product Manager to help bring Notexa to the global market — a new AI product that combines a line of compact wearable devices for recording everyday conversations, an e-commerce website, a personal web dashboard, iOS and Android apps, macOS and Windows applications, browser extensions, AI-powered transcription, summaries, and recording management.
We are not looking for a Project Manager who would manage team statuses and deadlines. We need a hands-on Product Builder who knows how and wants to create product solutions “hands-on” and drive them all the way to launch.
Notexa is entering a category where strong players such as PLAUD, Notta, Otter, and Fireflies already operate. We are building an integrated hardware + software product that covers the entire user journey — from recording conversations to working with the information captured, AI features, and next steps.
The product is currently at the pre-launch stage. At the first stage, you will be responsible for the web part of the product — from positioning and website structure to key user flows within the personal dashboard.
Your main goal
Within two months, prepare the web part of Notexa for launch so that it:
Clearly communicates the product value and the connection between hardware, software, AI, and the subscription model
Builds trust in the new brand
Presents key use cases and product benefits
Guides users from first discovery to purchase
Provides a clear transition from purchase to product activation
Provides a convenient web dashboard for working with recordings, transcriptions, summaries, AI features, and subscriptions
Enables us to fully launch and further scale performance marketing while correctly taking into account the technical requirements of SEO
Why this position is worth considering
An opportunity to shape a key part of a new product before its global launch
Work not on a standalone landing page, but on the web experience within a large hardware + software ecosystem
Direct impact on positioning, UX, first sales, and how the new brand is perceived
An opportunity to use AI not as an additional tool, but as part of your daily product workflow
A concrete and visible production-ready result within two months
The speed of a new product combined with JATAPP’s resources and expertise
What you will own
You will own the web product and the quality of the end result. This means responsibility for positioning, value proposition, funnel structure, conversion, visual quality, launch, analytics, and further iterations — not just task assignment and deadline control.
Product and positioning
Analyzing leading products in the category, as well as direct and indirect competitive solutions
Identifying the best market patterns in structure, UX, design, offers, and communication and adapting them for Notexa
Defining positioning, value proposition, message hierarchy, and key product offers
Designing the website architecture, user journey, and structure of landing, product, pricing, comparison, and use-case pages
Working on product copy: headlines, benefits, feature descriptions, objections, FAQs, and CTAs
Designing the checkout, device + subscription bundles, and key post-purchase flows
Defining the information architecture and key user flows of the web dashboard
Conversion and traffic
Together with the performance marketing team, preparing the web foundation for paid traffic acquisition: landing pages for different creatives and segments, alignment between the advertising message and the page’s first screen, conversion events, and CMS requirements
Determining which offer is relevant to a specific traffic source and why one landing page structure works for performance traffic while another does not
Taking into account the technical requirements provided separately by the SEO team when defining page structure and URLs
Defining analytics requirements, analyzing initial post-launch data, and determining the next iterations
Design and visual quality
Creating wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
Arguing for and managing the design outcome: explaining what exactly does not work, why it does not work, and what needs to be changed
Being a co-author of the product solution together with the designer, rather than simply the person requesting designs
Controlling UX/UI quality and ensuring the implementation matches the designs
Not allowing mediocre or generic results into production
Not being expected to create the final polished UI, brand identity, illustrations, or motion yourself. However, being able to independently define the structure, change a flow or wireframe, build a prototype, work with a design system, critically evaluate a designer’s or AI’s output, and bring it to a level that can be confidently launched
Delivery
Preparing the backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specific tasks for design and development
Conducting product QA, independently going through key scenarios, and accepting the final result
Managing priorities and dependencies to bring the product to launch within two months
Using AI to accelerate research, analysis, copywriting, prototyping, and preparation of product solutions
What we expect from you
4+ years of experience creating and launching web or digital products in Product Management, Growth, CRO, Product Marketing, Product Design, Design Lead, Founder, or other relevant hands-on roles. We care less about your previous title and more about your actual scope: whether you owned the product challenge, made key decisions, can explain the logic behind them, and drove the work through to launch
Real launched web products or websites that you can show, with a clear explanation of your personal contribution — what you did, what the designer did, what the team did, and what AI did
The ability to explain through specific examples how product, structural, or design decisions influenced conversion, activation, checkout completion, revenue, or other target metrics. If the numbers are confidential, explain which metrics were tracked, which hypotheses were tested, and how the result was evaluated
Experience launching a B2C web product or a significant web component of a product from scratch
Experience creating commercial websites, landing pages, or web funnels
Practical experience with UX/UI, user flows, and wireframes. Ability to independently create or modify a prototype in Figma, an AI design tool, or another relevant environment
Experience defining positioning, value propositions, offers, and product copy
Understanding of e-commerce, checkout mechanics, and subscription monetization
Experience assigning tasks to designers and developers and controlling their implementation
A practical AI-first approach: confident use of Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools for research, copy, design, prototyping, analysis, and requirements preparation
High speed of execution: ability to turn an ambiguous task into a high-quality first version quickly, make decisions fast, and move the product forward without endless cycles of discovery and iteration
Strong product and visual taste: understanding design as a system of product and commercial decisions rather than decoration. Ability to explain why one block should come second rather than sixth, why one CTA should be primary, how information hierarchy, typography, density, and visual emphasis work, and why a particular website works effectively
English sufficient for competitive analysis and working with English-language content
Willingness to work as a hands-on individual contributor and independently drive the product to results
Nice to have
Experience launching products in the US, UK, or Europe
Experience with AI, productivity, or note-taking products
Experience with hardware + software products
Experience with web dashboards or SaaS workspaces
Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Experience with CRO, A/B testing, creating and optimizing landing pages and web funnels for paid acquisition
Experience with mobile applications, browser extensions, or desktop products for macOS and Windows
Active use of Product Hunt and understanding of how new products are prepared and presented for a global launch
Familiarity with global product and design benchmarks, including the Red Dot and The Webby Awards
