Head of Billing

We're seeking a strategic and transformational Head of Billing. This is a management position that is responsible not only for operational excellence but also for developing and implementing strategies for working with payment systems and processes.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Developing and implementing a strategy for working with payment systems and processing

• Searching for and connecting new payment solutions, orchestrators, banks, and EMIs

• Negotiations at the executive level, participation in conferences, and industry events

• Management of the Billing team

• Monitoring of key metrics: payment throughput, chargeback rate, conversion

• Interaction with other departments (Finance, Legal, Product, Tech) to integrate and optimize payment processes

What you’ll need:

• Experience working with international payment systems (PSPs, MIDs, Acquiring banks), having contacts in these systems

• In-depth knowledge of payment infrastructure, KYC/KYB, and AML procedures

• Understanding of risk management in fintech/payments (fraud, chargebacks, refunds)

• Experience in managing a team of 3+ people

• Negotiation and contracting skills

• English - Advanced level
