Junior Data Analyst

We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come! 

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to strengthen our analytics in the company's key areas — HR, finance, marketing, and Web R&D. You will work with data, find insights, improve the quality of reporting, and support teams in their decision-making. If you want to make a real impact and develop quickly, we would love to meet you!

Your responsibilities will be:

• HR and recruitment data analysis: headcount, turnover, recruitment effectiveness

• Financial analytics support: CAC/BP, metric control, basic revenue forecasts

• Marketing analytics: CAC/ROAS dashboards, channel and data quality analysis

• Process optimization and data quality: metric standardization, anomaly detection, reporting accuracy

What you’ll need:

• 6 months of experience working with data

• Proficiency in visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI

• 1 year of experience working with SQL and Python

• Developed critical thinking skills for solving analytical problems
