Junior System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator in Kyiv for the Tech Support department, who will strengthen the team to provide high-quality IT assistance to employees and ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of IT equipment.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with incidents of level L1
• Documenting solutions and creating a knowledge base for internal support
• Configuring, implementing and supporting MDM, ZTNA, EDR services
• Supporting and developing office and cloud infrastructure
• Keeping records of equipment, domains, subscriptions
• Responding to employee requests regarding the operation of equipment and software
• Supporting the operation of the generator, ecoflow in the office
• Working in an autonomous office in the Kyiv city centre and being ready to visit the office at least twice a week 

What you’ll need: 

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a System Administrator
• Experience with office infrastructure and Mikrotik networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
• Experience with MDM and EDR (e.g. Kandji), ZTNA, domains (registration, support, configuration)
• Understanding of Zero Trust, RBAC, ITSM, IT Asset Management (Setyl)
• Experience with: Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Keeper (MacPass/KeePass), VeraCrypt, AnyDesk, TeamViewer
• English proficiency level from Intermediate+

Will be a plus:

• Experience with VMWare virtualization systems (Esxi, Vcenter, Vsan, Distributed switch, Drs)
