Junior Talent Sourcer
We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.
We are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer who is truly committed to developing and delving into modern approaches to candidate sourcing. If you enjoy researching the market, finding the best professionals, and building a quality first contact with them, we seem to be on the same page!
Our Recruitment team consists of 8 people: 6 Recruiters, Middle Talent Sourcer та Head of Recruitment.
Your responsibilities will be:
Searching for candidates using various sources (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, etc.) and filling the candidate database
Finding new channels to attract candidates
Simultaneously working with 5 - 7 vacancies in collaboration with recruiters
Establishing first contact with potential candidates through various communication channels
Analyzing reviews from Job sites
Posting vacancies on all necessary Job sites, corporate website, social networks and ATS (PeopleForce)Developing a search strategy in cooperation with the recruiter
Building long-term relationships with candidates
Providing timely feedback to candidates
What you’ll need:
At least 6 months of work experience in a similar position
Experience in IT
Desire to develop in the field of sourcing
Understanding of the mechanism of Boolean and X-ray search
Knowledge and experience of searching in additional sources (GitHub, Behance, etc.)
Understanding the candidate's profile and conducting a search accordingly
Fluency in Ukrainian
Focus on quality and results
Ability to work and learn at a fast pace
