Junior Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who knows modern candidate search techniques and is able to build a high-quality first contact with them. If this is about you, then our perfect match is already somewhere nearby!
Our Recruitment team consists of 6 people: 5 Recruiters and Head of Recruitment.
Key responsibilities:
• Searching for candidates using various sources (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, etc.) and filling the candidate database
• Finding new channels to attract candidates
• Simultaneously working with 7-10 vacancies in collaboration with recruiters
• Establishing first contact with potential candidates through various communication channels
• Analyzing reviews from Job sites
• Posting vacancies on all necessary Job sites, corporate website, social networks and ATS (PeopleForce)
• Developing a search strategy in cooperation with the recruiter
• Building long-term relationships with candidates
• Providing timely feedback to candidates
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in a similar position
• Experience in IT
• Understanding of the mechanism of Boolean and X-ray search
• Knowledge and experience of searching in additional sources (GitHub, Behance, etc.)
• Understanding the candidate's profile and conducting a search accordingly
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• Focus on quality and results
• Ability to work and learn at a fast pace
