Junior User Acquisition Manager

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.  

We are looking for a  Junior User Acquisition Manager for our new project in the Books niche. It is a marketplace containing modern romance novels and connects talented writers from around the world with true book lovers. Our goal is to make this product one of the leaders in the market.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Creating a UA strategy for a product in the Books niche on various platforms (iOS, Android, web)
• Create and optimize marketing campaigns on leading platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for traffic growth and efficiency improvements
• Conduct competitor research
• Contribute to creative development, including brainstorming and collaboration with Creative Marketing Managers
• Interaction with the product team

What you'll need:

• 8+ months of experience as a UA Manager or Media Buyer (Facebook Ads experience is a must)
• Experience working with mobile applications (iOS, Android)
• Understanding metrics and proficiency in working with Appsflyer, Adjust, or other MMPs
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn, initiative, and self-reliance in achieving goals

Will be a plus:

• Experience with transactional monetization models
