Middle Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Middle Graphic Designer who understands that great visuals are not just about aesthetics but also about user impact. If you love creating stylish, well-thought-out graphic solutions that grab attention and drive to action, this position is for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for designing graphic elements for App Store pages, including icons, screenshots, and promo banners. You will collaborating closely with  creative marketers and product designers to develop impactful visuals that enhance marketing strategies and help products grow.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Creating and developing marketing creatives for App Store pages in accordance with the creative team's requirements and established deadlines
• Designing and adapting visuals in Figma, utilizing Adobe Photoshop and other tools for graphic processing
• Сollaborating closely with the team – participating in brainstorming sessions, discussing ideas, and developing effective solutions together with product designers and marketers
• Adapting and refining creatives – working with references, making adjustments, testing, and exploring optimal visual approaches

What you’ll need:

• 1-2 years of experience on a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma and basic skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
• Knowledge of modern design marketing and industry trends
• Creative thinking – ability to generate new design ideas and find unconventional solutions to engage and retain users
• Time management skills – ability to efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical approach – ability to research, analyze, structure, and present information effectively
