Middle PHP Developer

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.

We are looking for a Middle PHP Developer to join our Platform Team. This team builds internal solutions for the company’s teams, including libraries, services, web platforms, AI solutions, and tools that help scale the product business and optimize internal processes. At the same time, the team is also involved in the development and support of selected product solutions across different domains.

You will work with a modern tech stack, backend architecture, and internal platforms used by multiple product teams across the company. This role offers a lot of cross-domain collaboration, the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to building scalable solutions, and expand your expertise in backend development, integrations, and AI-powered tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implement backend functionality from concept to launch in alignment with the company’s business goals

• Write clean, secure, and scalable code following testing and documentation standards

• Actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate with product development teams and cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality solutions and resolve integration-related issues

• Identify, analyze, and resolve product or system issues by addressing root causes and minimizing their impact on infrastructure, networks, or services

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a PHP Developer

• Strong knowledge of PHP 7/8 and hands-on experience with the Laravel framework

• Experience working with MySQL and Redis

• Experience with RabbitMQ will be considered a plus, but is not a must-have

• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs

• Experience using Composer for dependency management in PHP projects

• Understanding of caching and optimization strategies (Redis, CDN, query optimization)

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience working with payment gateways and third-party service integrations

• Experience with Docker containerization for development and deployment

• Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and Sentry

• Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using PHPUnit, Pest, or Mockery

• Strong knowledge of Linux environments and basic shell scripting

• Experience working with RabbitMQ
