System Administrator (Kyiv, hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to help maintain a stable, secure, and modern IT infrastructure built on Zero Trust Network Access principles. If you work with macOS/Windows, Linux, value automation, and want to influence infrastructure development, we would love to have you on our team.
It is important to be able to visit the office 1-2 times a week in Kyiv, we provide reservations.
Your responsibilities will be:
Support and access
User support (HelpDesk), technical assistance, macOS/Windows configuration
Access management via Cloudflare ZTNA/Cloudflare Access (SSO, security policies)
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration
Implementation and support of MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji)
Infrastructure and systems
Administration of Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and Windows Server systems
Support and development of internal infrastructure, performance optimization
Working with virtualization: VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V
Configuration and support of network infrastructure (VLAN, VPN, Firewall)
Backup and disaster recovery configuration
Infrastructure security: updates, patching, access control
Monitoring and automation
Server and service monitoring (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)
Routine task automation (Bash, Python, Ansible)
Collaboration with DevOps and developers
What you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in system or network administration or 2–4 years as a System Administrator / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer
Confident knowledge of Linux and basic understanding of Windows Server
Knowledge of Windows / macOS, Azure AD, MDM, SSO, SCIM
Experience with monitoring systems
Ability to write scripts (Bash and/or Python)
Basic knowledge of security (firewall, SSL, audit).
English — В1
Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services would be an advantage
Would be a plus:
Experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, AWS, PowerShell, Zabbix, Syslog
Practical experience with Zero Trust, preferably Cloudflare ZTNA
Certifications: CCNA, MCSA, Cloudflare Certified Zero Trust Specialist
Understanding of network protocols: DNS, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP
Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
