Product Manager (E-commerce)

We are currently looking for a Strong Middle / Senior Product Manager to drive the growth of a new DTC e-commerce business on Tier-1 markets. This role is for someone who wants to influence product strategy, lead customer discovery, build monetization mechanics, and scale products from idea to launch.

What you'll be doing
Driving product development
Defining and maintaining the product and feature roadmap
Prioritizing product initiatives and identifying new product opportunities
Conducting customer discovery
Running customer interviews and JTBD research
Analyzing the market, competitors, and user behavior
Translating customer insights into product decisions
Developing web funnels
Iterating web funnels based on drop-off analysis and A/B testing results
Testing different monetization models, including pricing plans, exit intent flows, upsells, and subscription mechanics
Managing product delivery
Building and prioritizing the product backlog
Preparing product requirements and technical specifications for designers and engineers
Coordinating the delivery and launch of new features
Working with data and AI
Analyzing key product metrics, including CAC, AOV, LTV, payback period, and retention cohorts
Leveraging AI tools for research, prototyping, and workflow automation
What we're looking for
2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with end-to-end product ownership - from customer discovery and roadmap definition to product launch and growth
Proven experience conducting product discovery, including customer interviews, JTBD research, hypothesis validation, market research, competitor analysis, and translating insights into product decisions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams, including backlog management, prioritization, writing product requirements, working closely with designers and engineers, and coordinating feature releases
Hands-on experience building or optimizing web quizzes or complex web funnels, with a strong understanding of personalization, user journeys, and product evolution
Experience working with subscription-based products and a solid understanding of trial-to-paid conversion, retention, churn, and LTV optimization
Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience analyzing product metrics (CAC, AOV, LTV, payback period), using GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms, and running A/B tests
AI-first mindset with active use of AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and product workflow automation
Nice to have
Experience working on DTC e-commerce products targeting Tier-1 markets
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Experience launching products from scratch
Experience in wellness, consumer health, or subscription-based products
Experience working with Amazon Marketplace or TikTok Shop
