Product Marketing Lead (E-commerce | CRO & Experimentation)
We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.
We are looking for a PMM Lead (D2C, E-commerce) who will own the growth and monetization of our D2C products — from positioning strategy and funnel architecture to A/B testing, unit economics management, and building scalable marketing infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will be:
Full ownership of CRO
Landing pages and funnel architecture
Conversion optimization at every stage of the funnel
Pricing tests
Offer architecture and bundle logic
Basic retention logic (until a dedicated Retention Manager joins)
Building and developing an experimentation system
Forming and managing a hypothesis backlog
Prioritizing tests by business impact
Implementing A/B testing standards
Ensuring statistical validity
Building a data-driven decision-making framework
Managing unit economics through experiments
Impacting CAC, AOV, and contribution margin
Optimizing LTV: CAC
Determining the financial effect of each test
Working with payback and break-even logic
Scale readiness and systematization
Building a funnel that doesn't degrade at scale
Creating a scalable growth infrastructure
Laying the foundation for future team expansion

Building a bundle strategy to grow AOV
Testing value stacking and anchor logic
Identifying a scalable winning offer
Integrating unit economics into the testing process
Calculating the financial impact of each test
Making decisions based on LTV: CAC
Connecting CRO results to P&L
Cross-functional coordination
Working with Creative and UA on message-market fit
Aligning changes with stakeholders
Initiating positioning changes based on data
Preparing the business for scale
Documenting processes
Creating a growth roadmap for 1–2 quarters
Laying the foundation for the Retention direction
What you’ll need:
Hands-on CRO and A/B testing experience (3+ years)
Launching and analyzing A/B tests on paid traffic
Working with landing pages / PDP / funnel optimization
Deep understanding of unit economics
CAC, AOV, LTV, contribution margin
Ability to calculate the financial impact of experiments
Experience building an experimentation framework
Hypothesis backlog
Prioritization (ICE / RICE or equivalent)
Post-test analysis and decision framework
Working with analytics and data
GA4 / Amplitude / Mixpanel or equivalent
Ability to work with funnel breakdowns
Basic understanding of statistical significance
Experience in DTC / Shopify / e-commerce
LP/offer/pricing/bundle logic optimization
Experience with US or Tier-1 markets is a plus
English — Upper-Intermediate+
For working with the US market and creatives
What would be a plus:
Experience integrating AI tools (LLM, automation, agents) into experimentation/funnel optimization
Experience scaling DTC in the US market ($100k+ ad spend/month)
Experience with high-ticket or subscription models
Hands-on experience in pricing psychology (anchor pricing, decoy effect, value stacking)
Experience building or managing a growth team
Hands-on experience with CRO tools (VWO, Convert, Optimizely, Hotjar)
Experience with retention/lifecycle marketing (email/SMS flows, subscription optimization)
Strong copywriting skills in English
Experience working with TikTok Shop
