Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will become a strategic partner to the business, take ownership of closing key and complex roles, and drive the development and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, primarily for product and marketing roles, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring
Coordinate the work of sourcers involved in your vacancies and adapt sourcing strategies according to market trends, candidate feedback, and role dynamics
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ alignment with role requirements and company culture
Test creative hiring approaches (job descriptions, messaging, sourcing channels, A/B testing) to improve response rates and overall hiring effectiveness
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to shape realistic role profiles, highlight risks affecting hiring quality, and ensure alignment with business goals
Onboard new managers and interviewers into the hiring process
Collaborate with the brand team on talent marketing initiatives to promote open roles
Contribute to employer brand development through events, professional communities, and initiatives that increase company visibility in the talent market
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database in PeopleForce
Work with recruitment analytics: track key metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, response rate), analyze channel effectiveness, and initiate process improvements
Optimize and develop recruitment processes by initiating and implementing improvements (reducing time-to-fill, increasing conversion rates, enhancing candidate experience)
Participate in the implementation of new tools and automation solutions (AI tools, PeopleForce optimization)
Mentor and support Junior Recruiters through regular feedback, shadowing, and assistance with complex cases
What you’ll need:
4+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record of hiring top talent
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, knowledge of various interviewing techniques
Experience hiring for marketing and/or product roles
Ability to apply creative sourcing strategies (communities, networking, conferences, alternative platforms)
Data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to use analytics to optimize processes and identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel
Experience using AI tools to automate recruitment processes
Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to handle objections effectively
Business-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of the talent market
Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher
Flexibility and adaptability, ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach
Experience in building and improving recruitment processes
Nice to Have:
Experience working in a product company or a recruitment agency
Experience in training managers (L&D) or coaching them
Active development of a personal brand (webinars, social media, conference speaking engagements)
