Strong Junior/Middle Product Marketing Manager
We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Strong Junior/Middle PMM who will be responsible for the full monetization cycle for two products in the Utilities niche.
Our products are based on a subscription monetization model and are focused on Tier 1 markets, particularly the US, where we aim to maximize impact and profitability.
Your responsibilities will be:
Generating hypotheses aimed at monetizing products by:
searching for correlation and segmentation of users in product analytics
researching competitors
collecting information about users from open sources
searching for best practices in products outside the niche
following trends in monetization and new mechanics
conducting research with the marketing team
Preparing and describing ideas:
preparing designs/prototypes of hypotheses together with the designer for development
describing tasks to the team with the identification of critical elements
Validating hypotheses by conducting experiments based on user data and marketing test analytics together with User Acquisition managers
Analysis of the results
What you’ll need:
Experience in the role of PMM, Growth Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product manager — from 6 months
Practical experience in conducting AB testing
Ability to formulate hypotheses, objectively prioritize them and assess the impact of the hypothesis
Understanding monetization models, ability to analyze monetization metrics, understanding their essence and how they can be influenced
Discovery skills (gathering information about the niche and users based on observing competitors, analyzing reviews, Reddit, analytics and communication with marketing)
Experience in setting tasks for designers
Experience with product analytics (Amplitude)
Independence and proactivity in solving problems
Nice to have:
Marketing background and understanding of how audiences differ from social media and search channels
Experience in independent analysis of A/B tests
Experience in evaluating hypotheses through modeling of results and impact on unit economics
