Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who thinks strategically and is not afraid of challenges. This role offers the opportunity to lead marketing across three verticals - mobile products, web, and e-commerce - with full freedom in choosing tools, direct influence on company strategy, and significant budgets in international markets.
Your responsibilities will be:
Build a Center of Excellence in marketing: unified standards for metrics, attribution, reporting, and testing across all three verticals
Managing portfolio-level analytics: tracking plan-vs-actual for CAC, ROAS, and payback, identifying scaling blockers, and escalating risks to the CEO
Conducting regular audits of teams, products, and ad networks: deep-dives, validating creative and bidding strategies
Automating BI, dashboards, and alert systems for key metrics, reducing time-to-insight
Implementing AI across the entire portfolio: creatives, LTV / churn / CAC payback forecasting, agents for reporting and media buying - defining strategy, selecting tooling, and measuring real impact
Strategically allocating marketing budget across verticals based on unit economics and growth potential
Developing leads and heads: coaching, performance reviews, hiring for senior roles, building career tracks
What you’ll need:
5+ years in performance marketing with mobile experience (iOS + Android), preferably at portfolio scale — multiple products simultaneously
Deep expertise in UA networks: AppLovin, Meta, Google, TikTok, Moloco, Liftoff, ASA, Mintegral — understanding of mechanics, bidding, and the creative cycle
Strong analytical foundation: BI (Tableau / Looker / Power BI), fluent work with MMPs (Appsflyer / Adjust / Singular), understanding of attribution / incrementality / MMM
Experience building or upgrading a marketing analytics stack, dashboards, and reporting frameworks from scratch
Hands-on experience implementing AI in marketing
3+ years in a C-1 / C-level role with experience managing Leads and Seniors
Understanding of unit economics, CAC / LTV / payback, and portfolio budget allocation across verticals
Will be a plus:
Experience in web performance (Google Ads, Meta web, SEO) and/or e-commerce marketing
Background in a holding / multi-product structure (not just a single flagship)
Experience with subscription/consumer apps (Health & Fitness, EdTech, Utility, Entertainment)
Experience with AI products
Previous hands-on UA experience before moving into management — understanding the details from the inside
