User Acquisition Manager
We are JATAPP, an IT company building products used by millions of users worldwide. Our portfolio already includes 20+ products across entirely white-hat niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth for our apps in the Cybersecurity and Utilities niches — products that genuinely improve users’ everyday lives.

Key responsibilities:
Launching, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
Analyzing key metrics, identifying insights, and making data-driven decisions to support product growth.
Generating and testing new hypotheses, experimenting with approaches, and identifying scaling opportunities.
Collaborating closely with Creative, ASO, and SMM teams to improve campaign performance.
Participating in brainstorming sessions for ad creative generation.
Monitoring unit economics, CAC, and profitability with a focus on sustainable business growth.
What we expect from you:
1.5+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing and hands-on work with paid social channels (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Practical experience in mobile acquisition (web2app, app installs).
Understanding of the mobile ecosystem: SKAN, attribution, web2app funnels, and subscription models.
Experience managing marketing budgets starting from $50k/month and scaling campaigns.
Experience working with Tier-1 / Worldwide markets and global products.
Nice to have:
Experience with DSP networks such as AppLovin, Moloco, and Unity.
Experience with AppsFlyer or other MMP platforms.
Experience working with subscription-based mobile products.
Experience with Snapchat Ads.
