We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work on iOS apps in the Utilities and AI Apps niche, designed to make users’ lives easier. Our products operate on a subscription-based monetization model and target Tier 1 markets, particularly the USA, where we aim to maximize impact and revenue.

If you are passionate about data analysis, experimenting with new channels, and creating high-impact campaigns, we want you on our team! You’ll have the freedom to implement bold ideas, access to cutting-edge tools, and support to achieve ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive mobile app growth across various channels
• Optimize and scale paid acquisition campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks to maximize ROI
• Research and test new acquisition channels to expand reach and improve results
• Formulate data-driven hypotheses for A/B testing to enhance campaign performance
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices, integrating them into marketing strategies
• Collaborate closely with creative, product, analytics, and other teams to ensure synergy and maximum impact
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, adapting marketing strategies accordingly

What you’ll need:

• 1.5+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking across various channels
• Effective User Acquisition via web2app (iOS) / web2pay

Will be a plus:

• Experience with ad networks such as Unity, Applovin, Moloco, Mintegral, IronSource, or Vungle
• Experience with scaling SKAN campaigns
