E-Commerce Manager
We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!
We’re now launching a brand-new direction — an e-commerce project — and we’re looking for a key professional to build this business from scratch.
We need an entrepreneurial, hands-on E-commerce Specialist ready to create a brand from the ground up — from market analysis and product line development to traffic channel launches and analytics setup.
Joining us, you’ll become a decision-maker in product, marketing, and operations.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing & Growth
Launch performance campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)
Test creatives and offers (including UGC, influencers)
Manage e-mail marketing (Klaviyo, Flow Builder)
Build retention funnels: repeat purchases, LTV growth, bundle offers
Product & Store
Conduct market analysis and define product line (hero products)
Source and audit suppliers, manage 3PL logistics & returns
Set up the online store: structure, UX, checkout flow
Run A/B tests for product pages, offers, UI/UX improvements
Analytics & Efficiency
Maintain dashboards: CAC, LTV, ROMI, Retention Rate
Fast cycle: hypothesis → test → scale
Report on channels, budgets, and unit economics
What you’ll need:
Proven experience launching and scaling DTC brands (from $0 to $1M+ revenue)
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller, Shopify, Walmart Central
Proficiency with e-commerce tools (Klaviyo, GA4, Postscript, Hotjar, etc.)
Solid understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, COGS, AOV, Conversion Rate)
Experience entering US / European markets

Ability to quickly test and validate hypotheses
Willingness to personally take ownership of key tasks (hands-on)
Visual taste and understanding of storytelling in visual communication
Will be a plus:
Experience in the fashion/lingerie segment
Experience with 3PL or international logistics
Understanding of performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
