E-Commerce Manager (Devices)
We are JATAPP, an international IT company creating digital products used by millions of users worldwide. Our portfolio already includes 20+ products across white-hat niches such as Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education — and this is only the beginning.
We are now launching a new strategic direction: selling physical devices integrated with our digital products. This is a standalone hardware product line that needs to be built from scratch.
We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager who will become the driver of this new direction and turn it into a full-scale business. Joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to make key product, marketing, and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Build an e-commerce business from scratch
Conduct market, competitor, and category research
Define the product line (hero products, MVP approach)
Select and test manufacturers, factories, and suppliers
Build the logistics chain: 3PL, fulfillment, returns, customer support
Develop pricing models and unit economics
Launch online stores and core operational processes
Launch a store on Shopify (or another platform if needed)
Set up store architecture, checkout, cross-sell, upsell flows
Test packaging, visual style, and storytelling variations
Run A/B tests: pages, offers, photo/video content
Launch marketing campaigns and achieve first sales
Set up performance marketing campaigns: Meta, TikTok, Google
Test audiences, creatives, and offers
Build retention: Klaviyo flows, repeat purchases, bundles
Launch UGC, influencer marketing, and targeted video ads
Achieve stable first sales and positive unit economics
Build analytics and scaling processes
Set up dashboards: CAC, LTV, AOV, ROI, Payback
Establish the process: hypothesis → test → data → scale
Continuously optimize the funnel
Forecast demand and manage inventory
What you’ll need:
Experience in D2C or e-commerce with physical products (hardware/devices)
Experience with 3PL and international logistics
Understanding of influencer marketing
Participation in launching a successful e-commerce brand
Ability to launch sales from scratch (ideally, launching a new brand/category)
Confident experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4
Strong understanding of unit economics
Experience entering the U.S. market
Hands-on approach: you launch, test, analyze, and scale yourself
