General Manager
We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.
We are looking for a General Manager to launch a brand-new e-commerce vertical from scratch and turn it into a profitable business within our product ecosystem.
This is a role with full business ownership: you will manage the P&L, the team, and the growth strategy, with maximum autonomy to make data-driven decisions. If you are a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can turn hypotheses into profitable businesses, this is your opportunity.
Your responsibilities will be:
Business Management & Strategy
Build and manage the P&L of the vertical (Revenue, Gross Margin, Net Profit)
Develop and implement a product growth strategy with clear KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, Payback)
Analyze the market, competitors, and create a value proposition that truly converts
Make decisions based on unit economics and financial models
Operations Management
Build end-to-end processes — from acquisition to retention models
Optimize marketing budgets and cost structure
Form and manage a cross-functional team (Marketing, Analytics, Tech, Ops)
Implement OKR/KPI systems to track performance
Product Strategy
Manage the full MVP cycle: idea → hypothesis → test → scale
Make data-driven decisions based on metrics (Retention, ARPU, Funnel Conversion)
Build a product roadmap aligned with business goals
Analytics & Efficiency
Work with dashboards and business metrics
Identify bottlenecks in the marketing and product funnel
Monitor key metrics: Revenue, Net Profit, ROMI, Marketing Spend Efficiency

P&L Management — experience building profitable business units with full financial responsibility

Product Analytics — retention, conversion, ARPU, funnel analysis
