Junior/Middle Creative Marketing Specialist
We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.
We are looking for Junior/Middle Creative Marketing Specialists in various areas:
📱Utilities — digital utilities for everyday comfort, some of them based on AI
🌐R&D studio, where your creativity is transformed into new products through fast web-to-pay funnels
📈Multicore - applications in the EdTech, Utilities niches
And you can become a creative marketer in one of these areas if:

Because you are not just a marketer. You are an architect of emotions, an engineer of senses, a designer of behavior. And we are looking for you to build not campaigns together, but stories that live in heads!
Your responsibilities will be:
Creative development: creating ideas for video and static advertising materials, testing hypotheses, preparing TOR for designers
Launching advertising tests on Facebook, analyzing the results of advertising campaigns, creatives and improving the performance of new ones
Market analysis: studying competitors, searching for trends and new ideas for creative solutions
Hypothesis testing
Creating Tasks for designers and working with motion and graphic designers on their implementation
Collaboration with business: close contact with performance marketers, analysts and product managers to achieve goals
Creative process: generating ideas, making edits, participating in brainstorming, creative meetings, generating new concepts
Possible involvement in the launch of the creative process of new products
What you’ll need:
Experience in marketing from 9 months
Practical skills in creating creatives for paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google)
Ability to clearly set goals and understand the full cycle of video production - from script writing to editing, graphics and sound, as well as working with static materials
Knowledge of the basics of Digital and Performance Marketing - how advertising works and what brings results
Basic analytical skills combined with a creative approach
Ability to dig deeper: research the market, monitor competitors, find trends and turn them into ideas
Ability to work on multiple projects and switch between them
English at level B1
Will be a plus:
Experience working with Figma
Copywriting Skills
Experience with Applovin, Moloko
