Senior User Acquisition Manager

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide.  

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team and work on a product in the "health & fitness" niche through web funnels. If you know how to grab users’ attention, enjoy testing and optimizing funnels, and are always looking for ways to improve campaign performance, we want to hear from you! Your responsibilities will be:

• Developing marketing strategy for current and new Web2Pay products
• Creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads based on data from ad accounts and analytical tools (Amplitude, Tableau)
• Testing new products to assess their market effectiveness
• Regular competitor analysis
• Testing new advertising channels (TikTok, Snapchat) and updated features to attract new audiences
• Searching for innovative approaches to user acquisition and conducting relevant tests to improve efficiency
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop and implement advertising concepts
• Setting tasks for Creative Marketing Managers
• Interacting with the product team

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience as a UA Manager or Media Buyer (Meta Ads must)
• Experience with Web2Pay products, including web funnels and quizzes
• Good skills with Amplitude, Tableau, or other BI systems
• English proficiency — Intermediate+ or higher
• Strategic thinking to plan and optimize long-term campaign goals
• Independence and initiative in achieving results
• Results-oriented and ready to learn and adapt quickly

Will be a plus:

• Experience with TikTok / Snapchat / Pinterest
