Junior strong/Middle UI Designer

We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!

We are looking for a Junior Strong/Middle UI Designer who can handle various types of tasks, quickly adapt to new challenges, and create designs that enhance the user experience of our products.

In this role, you'll work not only on web and mobile app interfaces but also contribute to developing the JATAPP brand, working on the website, creating materials for social media, and shaping the company's visual style. Dynamic tasks, a flexible approach, and the opportunity to influence design decisions - all of this awaits you in our team!

Your responsibilities will be:

• Develop compelling user interface layouts focused on attracting new users

• Enhance existing designs through A/B testing to optimize user flows and increase purchase conversions

• Translate product advantages into effective designs, develop paywalls, and explore innovative ideas for user acquisition

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Marketing Specialists, to identify growth opportunities and create impactful design solutions

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and brand guidelines

What you’ll need:

• Solid understanding of modern mobile and web design patterns and best practices

• Experience in creating and implementing design systems

• Strong UI design skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Flexibility in adapting design decisions to align with both user needs and business objectives

• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to actively participate in feature discussions and propose well-reasoned improvements

• Ability to effectively present and articulate design ideas

Will be a plus:

• Basic 3D modeling skills

• Experience working with web builders/no-code platforms

• Familiarity with branding principles
