Middle UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our design team! This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual language and user experience of a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and data experts to craft solutions that are both visually stunning and deeply functional.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyzing user behavior and generating hypotheses about user problems that we can solve (in collaboration with an Analyst, PMM, Product Manager)

• Market research and desk research from open sources to find new solutions to existing user problems

• Together with product and PMM, develop a design for monetization experiments (working with values that we present before making a decision to take a trial, working with value delivery, with variations of use cases, building trust in the product)

• Testing solutions that we design

• UX writing

• Setting tasks for a motion designer/illustrator, if necessary

What you’ll need:

• Knowledge of modern patterns and practices of mobile/web design

• Creation of interfaces for mobile and web applications, taking into account iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design (iOS, Responsive Web)

• Development and maintenance of scalable design systems (Tokens, Variables)

• Conducting competitive and desk research

• Search for growth areas for user activation and retention

• Working with design requirements (ability to identify requirements if there are not enough)

• Preparation of design specifications for development

Will be a plus:

• Experience in conducting interviews with users

• Experience in using Maze-like platforms for testing prototypes with real users

• Understanding how product analytics works and what data can be obtained from it
