Middle UI/UX Designer

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.

We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer who actively uses AI in their workflow and is eager to grow in this direction. If you’re autonomous, fast, and result-oriented — this role is for you.

In this role, you will design web products, work with funnels and experiments, and create solutions that directly impact business metrics.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Designing web products (mobile-first) — from concept to final UI

• Work on funnels and conversion-driven user flows

• Using AI tools in the design process

• Analyzing competitors and defining effective UI styles

• Generating and validating design hypotheses with the team

• Iterating quickly based on feedback and test results

• Contributing to and maintaining the design system

• Conducting regular research of new niches and target audiences

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design

• Strong UI skills and a good visual sense

• Proficiency in Figma

• Experience with or willingness to активно use AI tools (Claude, Figma AI, etc.)

• Experience working on web products (mobile-first / adaptive)

• Understanding of the UX process (from research to prototyping and testing)

• Ability to work fast in a dynamic environment

• High level of autonomy and decision-making skills

• Openness to feedback and flexibility

• Understanding that design is measured by metrics, not just aesthetics

Will be a plus:

• Experience with mobile interfaces

• Knowledge of iOS/Android guidelines

• Experience creating or contributing to design systems

• Functional animation skills

• Basic understanding of analytics and metrics (conversion, A/B testing)
