Senior Email Marketing Specialist
We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.
We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist who will build and scale email marketing as a key retention and revenue channel.
You will have the freedom to choose your approach, test hypotheses, and scale the channel with a direct impact on business results.
Your responsibilities will be:
Building email marketing from scratch: ESP selection, infrastructure setup, and channel launch
Developing and implementing lifecycle communications
Planning and executing regular email campaigns (promo, educational, seasonal)
Setting up segmentation and personalization based on user behavior
Running A/B tests and systematically optimizing campaigns
Analyzing campaign performance and its impact on business metrics
Managing deliverability, domain reputation, and database quality
Building a structured system for testing, analytics, and documentation
Defining and evolving email strategy in collaboration with marketing, product, and analytics teams
What you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience with ESP platforms (Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, or similar)
Experience launching marketing and triggered email campaigns, automated flows, and lifecycle communications from scratch
Strong understanding of key metrics: OR, CTR, CVR, Revenue per Email, LTV, retention
Understanding of the customer lifecycle and retention strategies
Experience setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests
Understanding of deliverability (DNS, SPF, DKIM, spam rate)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
Strong ownership skills and ability to make independent decisions
Will be a plus:
Experience with SMS, push, or web-push channels
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Experience working with global B2C products
